Stampin' Up! and Fabric? You Bet!

Here is another make & take I made at the demo day I attended this last weekend. This one was created by none other than Margo Kelly. I love the colors, but I especially love the fabric. Yes, I said fabric. The flower is created entirely out of fabric being offered by Stampin' Up! in the Holiday Mini. It is finished off with an extra large button, also available in the Holiday Mini.

Okay so I admit that I was a little skeptical, fabric really? However, between the demo Shelli & her daughter gave at convention & this one last Saturday, I'm sold. It coordinates so well into the color lines & other products being offered in the mini. It is also a great quality material (what else would we expect). And from the demo's that I have seen, works into just about any type of project you can imagine, even if you don't sew! I have some here for you to preview if you too need to be convinced, just let me know.

Sneak Peek Into the Holiday Mini

This beautiful card was designed by Becky Roberts (Inking Idaho) as a make & take project for the demo day I just attended last weekend. Her blog is one of my favorites and I was especially happy to get the chance to make one of her creations.

The stamp "even the naughty deserve something nice" is from a set in the upcoming Stampin' Up! Holiday Mini. Also from the mini, the rick rack in Cherry Cobbler. It is just a piece of a new Sizzix die being offered in the mini. Ordering for this mini starts September 1st, not too much longer to wait. Let me know if you need a copy.

Card Share

This beautiful card was made by my friend and fellow demonstrator Linda Payne. I don't know what it is about this set that I love, maybe it's the fact that I love just about anything having to do with coffee or tea. Besides, who couldn't benefit from a little "perk up" every now and then.

Most of the items on this card (both types of ribbon, one of the colors, the antique brad, the embossing folder, and the stamp set) are new items. You can find them in the Stampin' Up! Idea Book & Catalog that was just released on July 1st. Contact me if you don't have your copy yet or click the "shop now" button above to browse online.
