My How Things Change

Well it has been a while & my how things have changed. We welcomed a new baby girl named Oaklee Dawn to our family on February 10th and she has flipped our world inside out. Just when I thought I had everything all figured out God threw me for a loop. Oaklee ended up in NICU & had to have multiple tests ran, but thank God everything turned out fine and we got to bring home a healthy baby. As a mother of two other children I thought this was going to be easy, boy was I wrong. That is really when all the "fun" began. She has had a heck of a time adjusting to formula and we have been through 4 of them....enjoying things such as constipation, massive diarrhea, gas, vomiting, stomach aches, & sleepless nights. The worst it got was waking every 45 minutes all night. Our latest formula appears to have worked wonders! She is now sleeping soooooo much better which makes Mom do sooooo much better.

Needless to say, all of this has come at the cost of my stamping time & business. I had to make the decision to not renew my club for the time being & I've been put in the pending status with Stampin' Up!. After this month I will no longer be an active demonstrator. It makes me very sad, but my family comes first. I know that there will be a time in the future when I can do it all again.

As for this blog, I am hoping to use it to keep me motivated. I belong to a stamp club & have tons of stamping supplies just begging to be used. My goal is to try to get creative & post samples to share with you. I will also post anything "new" to me that I think you might find interesting. As for my Stampin' Up! links, lets just say that they are not working for now, but hopefully will be sometime in my future.
